Breaking the Stress Cycle

Amazoniac “The Molester” here. I was banned from the Raj Peat Forum after a post, do you mind if I leave a few comments about it below? Some members may wonder what happened.
It’s surprising and bizarre that I have to clarify that a post containing the terms ‘ethical pedophilia’ and ‘humane rape’ consensus akin to how it isn’t fine to kill other humans in war is not serious. Anyway..
If a long-term friend/colleague of yours crosses a line in your conception, it’s considerate to ask what was up with that before taking any measure. I don’t think that it’s suitable to take the most extreme measure available when there are various solutions to the situation that are just as effective in resolving it, let alone for a stupid joke.
The joke was heavy, but it wasn’t unprecedented. It was the same mode as found before in a variety of tattoo topics that were taken to the absurd, and there lied the humor. Also, it was self-demoralizing, not an attack on anyone. For persons that are dull and routinized, subverting reality is one way to snap them out of such states; makes we question everything. Added to the criticism, at the end of the post there was a bit of useful information to not make it useless for those that didn’t see the comedy in it.
Perry’s virtuous words made me reevaluate my principles and delete a few files: how sillier can it get? As if the issue could be solved with beautiful speech and an abuser would be waving a flag for ease of spotting. Of course any measure was primarily to preserve the forum from undesirable attention, but this could be accomplished in much simpler ways whether there were reports or not.
“Such post can lead to trouble, could you edit?” Do you think that I would oppose and not modify it?
Even an “I had to delete because it draws unwanted attention” would have been more proportionate.
But ban it was. I thought that maybe it was impulsive and intended to be educative. Well, in this case, it had to come with a communicate and be brief, otherwise the reasons aren’t clear and enough time passes that the activity that you’ve been banned from is no longer habituary, making it indifferent afterwards.
There was no communicate or time frame to it and it would be foolish to keep subjecting to frustrated attempts to log in, so I decided that about 10 days was my limit. Thereupon, I would take the ban as permanent. Up to now I don’t know if it was, but it doesn’t matter anymore.
In the meantime, I sent two emails to our lion with a variation of the above points, adding that I wouldn’t walk on thin eggshells if I returned and the (temporary?) ban shouldn’t be lifted if there was the expectation that I would overpolice myself afterwards. I wouldn’t mind changing my ways and easing the tone if asked, but through coercion, I would rather leave.
Yes, there are rules on the forum, but it’s possible to be nasty while staying loyal to them and, conversely, to be nice while breaking multiple ones. Arbitrary examples would be the members who respectfully put others down based on their appearance (sometimes with pictures and repeatedly) or when I indicate the flawless hormonal profile of Diokine. So, it’s open to interpretation and it depends on good judgement to avoid more unnecessary bans in the future.
This is my version and perspective of the event, it’s puzzling to me why not dialogue first for something trivial to work out. As you can tell, I would’ve conducted it differently, but it’s his pride after all, so he gets to decide how it’s run.
I experienced two health crashes: one before I became a member of the forum and another a year after the recent pandemic declaration (was on the edge of a mental breakdown). The forum has helped me throughout all this time to have a sense of community, but I was spending more time than I should on it, so the ban forced me out of this pattern. I don’t know if I’m going to start something parallel in future, therefore, I would like to thank members for the patience and conjoined effort, including the lion. I have many users in mind, but it’s impractical to name each of you.
I don’t mean to bring drama to Dave’s website, so, for people that arrived here because of this, please avoid replying. If anyone manifests elsewhere, I won’t guarantee to read it for peace of mind. In case you want direct contact, try through Jennifer, she might be willing to forward the information to me.
The horror show there has come to end.
Keep georging no matter what.
