
“Hi! What do you make that you can eat every 45 minutes and still work and do everything? I’d be very interested!”
I blend mixtures of milk and sugar until it’s a syrup-like consistency. Then I drink that as much as I can throughout the day. Sometimes I’ll ad OJ or grape juice for flavor.
“So is that about 5-600kcal per 45min? Is that doable with skim milk?”
Skim milk + 1 lb of sugar. Orange juice concentrate + 1 lb sugar for extra caloric density. It’s doable, prepare to sweat all the time though.
“That’s still like 4 gallons of milk though!”
Minimum.
“I heard you can die from just 2 gallons of water!”
But not milk!
“Good point.”
