How About Frozen Instead of Fresh Orange Juice?

Such a shame there aren’t any frozen concentrate juices here in my country. They would be such an easy way to reduce water intake. I’ve tried a few normal OJ concentrates, but they taste awful and have some extra crap added to them.

My previous question to you was about OJ concentrate, and this time it’s also about juice concentrates. I’ve been unable to find any OJ concentrates, but I have been able to find two brands with strongish juice concentrates.
The first brand has cherry, apple and pear concentrates. They are free of preservatives and additives, but have quite a bit of white sugar, something like 40%. The juices are organic.
The other brand has only black currant concentrate. Only 5% of the concentrate is white sugar. The downside is that the concentrate isn’t organic and has potassium sorbate in it.
Most juice concentrates here are just preservatives and additives mixed with a tiny bit of juice concentrate and water, so these two brands are literally the best you can find here. Both have pros and cons. The first brand has high white sugar content, but is organic and crap free and the other has low sugar content, but isn’t organic and has potassium sorbate. White sugar isn’t that bad of course, but I can’t drink milk or eat quality fruits so I’m a bit worried about getting enough potassium and other nutrients to metabolize the sugar properly.
Which one of these do you think would be a better choice?

The second one.

So you think potassium sorbate in large quantities is reasonably safe? I’d be drinking about a liter of concentrate every day.

It’s a problem if you react. I think it’s fine.

The concentrate seems to have citric acid as well, the print on the label is so small I missed it. Is citric acid also okay unless it bothers me in some way?

Citric acid’s toxicity depends on its concentration, and it’s not ideal.
