If you found value, then please share!

What do you think the best meds are to get from a psychiatrist for depression and anxiety? Just looking for your input, not going to hold you to anything. I am sick of trying to figure this crap out myself.
I’ve been offered Remeron and propranolol and buspirone.

Caffeine may exacerbate anxiety.

Many antidepressants in the SSRI and SNRI classes increase serotonin levels in the blood, which shortens the lifespan. Drugs that lower serotonin have the opposite effect. Anti-serotonin drugs include cyproheptadine, which improves depressive symptoms and also lowers adrenaline. Outside the United States, doctors prescribe tianeptine to treat depression.

Other substances that lower anxiety include the hormone progesterone, as well as amino acids L-theanine, L-lysine, and taurine. Thyroid hormone may decrease symptoms of anxiety.

Lisuride has some serotonin-like effects and may cause serotonin syndrome when combined alongside similar drugs.11.

Mirtazapine has also been shown to cause serotonin syndrome in certain instances.2 Hernández JL, Ramos FJ, Infante J, Rebollo M, González-Macías J. Severe Serotonin Syndrome Induced by Mirtazapine Monotherapy. Ann Pharmacother. 2002;36(4):641-643. doi:10.1345/aph.1A302DAVE FOSTER, APRIL 4, 2016
